1.1 Subscription Terms
3DS-MAX.org offers subscription plans for accessing premium 3D models and additional services. When you subscribe, you will be charged the subscription fee at the beginning of the subscription period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
1.2 Billing
You authorize us to charge your subscription fee to the payment method you provide at the time of subscription. You agree to keep your payment information current and updated. If we are unable to process your payment, your access to the subscription services may be suspended or terminated.
1.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation instructions. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the subscription services until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period.
2. Use of 3D Models
2.1 License
By purchasing or subscribing to 3D models from our Service, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the 3D models solely for your personal or commercial projects. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the 3D models is strictly prohibited.
2.2 Intellectual Property
All 3D models, content, and materials available on the Service are owned by or licensed to 3DS-MAX.org and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is prohibited.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user’s use or enjoyment of the Service.
- Upload or transmit any harmful or malicious content.
